The Fairlawn grass seed is great! I planted on Monday 9-18-23 for about the 10th time over the course of 25 years or so. I bought this last batch of “for sun” seed in spring of 2021. 2.5 years ago. Was not sure how it would come out, but I took a chance, (fresh seed is best). The seed came up “beautiful” on Sunday 09-24-23 1 inch in the morning. JUST 6 DAYS later. I was amazed to say the least. Sprinkled water on it every day. September 2023 we had the hardest ground ever, and no rain 👉🏽Cle Ohio ⁉️and most of OH. I always top it off with “peat moss”, after preparing the soil. This year I had to burn out some creeping bent. After it was dead, I weed whacked the heck out of it. Roughed up the soil, I turned it in several areas, chopped it up to a fine dirt, added the seed, and topped it off with peat moss. Wa La …. Done. In one week, I had three neighbors ask me what seed I used? Fairlawn. is my seed of choice! It never fails!!! I Remember one year planting it in the end of November after a project. I knew it was late, and I knew it would come up in the spring, and it did! It was coming up through the snow in March. Yeah, it sure did! I didn’t even need to add more in the spri

Great wholesaler for seed. Whether you are looking for quality grass seed or bird seed mixes, they have it covered. They also specialize in mixes. So if you have a specific mix in mind let them know and they can do it. They are not open to the general public, but if you are a lawn care company, home and garden, or even public works, I highly recommend them.
